Tandem Coffee Roasters Astrid Medina

There isn’t much we haven’t already said about Astrid Medina. You’ll see her coffee on our menu into perpetuity. We get a chance every winter to taste the fresh harvests coming in from the Tolima area, and we make sure to secure as many lots of Astrid’s coffee as we think you can stand to see on our menu. This Caturra lot is routinely one of our favorites, and we’re sure it’s going to be one of yours as well. This season’s crop is as bright, sweet, and clean as we could hope for.
